**During the months of September-December & April-June, our busiest time, one image is allowed per 24 cookies. Any photo, document, image or business card can be transferred right to the top of our delicious fresh baked cookies glazed with white chocolate. Everything is FDA approved and 100% edible.

There is no setup fee to create this logo cookie.

  • Personalized Gift messages are available with this cookie basket. Gift card messages are hand written on decorative business card size cards
  • For multiple clients with multiple address, please email us your list with your order number.
  • Cookies should be ordered at least 2-3 weeks prior to the occasion.
  • We use a special printer that uses food coloring. The images are printed on frosting sheets. We use frosting sheets, not rice paper, because they provide the highest quality image and have no flavor or taste. There is also no drying time needed so orders
  • can be produced very quickly.
  • You can mail us any picture or business card. We can scan it into our computer and make any necessary changes. All originals will be returned with your order.
  • You can email us the image file in JPG, BMP, TIF, GIF, PDF, EPS, or PSD format. Images should be at least 200 dpi and 100% size. We can additionally personalize the cookies with names, dates, and virtually any text. We have many frames & templates available to choose from. Not sure what image you want? Let us customize an image for you. There is no additional charge for this service!

These cookies are excellent edible party favors for corporate parties, corporate logo gifts & business logo gifts.

ICE and INSULATION
  • IN THE SUMMER MONTHS (MAY-SEPT), we highly recommend to our customers that we add gel ice packs to your order. If ordering hand decorated cookies or cakes, we also recommend shipping these items in an insulated cooler. There is a $10.00 flat fee for the cooler (which includes ice packs). We also highly recommend shipping your order UPS 2nd day or Overnight Shipping if your normal UPS Ground transit time is 3 or more days.
  • In addition, we will only ship orders that could melt in the hot weather to arrive no later then Friday. We do not ship through the weekend. Your order may be held to the following Monday, otherwise your order could melt in a hot UPS warehouse over the weekend. Remember UPS does not have regular delivery on Saturday or Sunday, however Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • Please try to ship to an address where someone is home to accept delivery. We can not be responsible if a package is left out all day in the heat. Business addresses are also recommended when possible as they tend to be early day deliveries and signatures are required.
  • If you choose not to have ice packs or a cooler added to your shipment, we are not responsible for any melted or damaged products.
